ROLE SNAPSHOT — • Pay: $90,000 to $105,000 annually • Location/Schedule: US-based, Full-Time (HQ node role) • Purpose: Bridge Vietnam packaging suppliers with U.S. headquarters, ensuring FDA compliance, accurate labeling, smooth S&OP, and executive-ready reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as the U.S. compliance and coordination hub between suppliers, HQ, and executives. • Own FDA labeling correctness, submissions, and reconciliation compliance. • Manage barcode governance, traceability, and country of origin marking. • Lead S&OP cadence, providing visibility to planning, finance, and leadership teams. • Prepare executive communications and escalate supply risks with clarity. • Monitor supplier scorecards, landed cost variances, and compliance packs. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS • 10+ years packaging supply chain or operations PM with Asia–U.S. experience. • Strong FDA labeling knowledge (21 CFR 101.36; cGMP Part 111). • Proven record in trade compliance, barcode/traceability, and supplier coordination. • Fluent in English; cross-cultural leadership experience required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience coordinating import-ready packaging kits at high volumes. • Familiarity with EPR/recyclability claims and executive-level reporting.
