Role Overview: As the Customer Programs Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of public benefit initiatives, customer account management, and energy efficiency programs. Your role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that support the district’s sustainability goals. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement public benefit programs that promote energy efficiency and customer satisfaction. - You will manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate service delivery and responsive support. - You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to enhance program effectiveness. - You will analyze program performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. - You will oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in program delivery. - You will lead outreach and education efforts to increase customer participation in energy programs. - You will prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. - You will stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting energy programs. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy program management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of public benefit energy programs and regulatory requirements. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within a public utility or irrigation district. - Familiarity with customer account management systems and CRM software. - Certification in energy management or related professional credentials. - Background in community outreach and education program development.
