Full Description

About Us We are a well-established cannabis cultivation company in Portland, Oregon. Our cultivation program is already proven, consistent, and successful. What we’re looking for is a strong operator who can manage people, enforce systems, and bring professionalism and accountability to the day-to-day. The Role The Operations Manager/General Manager is responsible for making sure the plan is followed — every day, every cycle. This means running the crew, enforcing SOPs, and ensuring the cultivation calendar stays on track. The cultivation methods are in place; what we need is a leader who can execute with discipline and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Develop, formalize, and enforce SOPs for cultivation and facility operations. Manage and schedule an 8-person cultivation crew; hire, train, coach, and discipline as needed. Keep the perpetual cultivation calendar on track — no skipped beats or missed deadlines. Monitor daily operations to ensure systems and processes run smoothly. Track and report operational KPIs (compliance, labor efficiency, yield consistency). Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and professionalism. What We’re Looking For Proven management experience (Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar). Experience in cannabis cultivation or agriculture strongly preferred. Strong people management skills: scheduling, coaching, and accountability. Process-driven and detail-oriented; thrives on structure and consistency. Familiarity with compliance systems (METRC preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Compensation Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience). Performance bonuses: Based on compliance, efficiency, yield consistency, and schedule adherence. Relocation assistance available for out-of-state hires.
