Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, communication, data entry, and assist with financial, event, and marketing coordination tasks.
Requires strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills with ability to manage office tasks, support financial processes, and contribute to event and marketing efforts.
Administrative Support • Answer phones and greet visitors with professionalism. • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. • Collect, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail. • Prepare and edit communications, including memos, emails, letters, reports, and instructional documents. • Create and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. • Perform data entry and basic analysis as needed. • Process expense reports and purchase orders. • Order and maintain office supplies. • Manage travel arrangements and related logistics. • Provide clerical support and complete tasks as assigned by the Executive Director. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. Financial & Operational Support • Assist with managing accounts and processing invoices. Event & Marketing Coordination • Assist with planning and coordinating events. • Develop, manage, and execute annual fundraisers from start to finish. • Create, order, and maintain marketing materials (e.g., infographics, flyers, posters, business cards, mailings). • Manage website and social media content to engage the broader community. • Implement marketing strategies to attract families, volunteers, donors, and partners through newsletters, emails, and social media campaigns.
