We are looking for a creative and experienced professional to design exceptional user experiences across our digital products. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are both visually stunning and highly functional. Key Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders to refine and improve designs. Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and innovation. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design solutions. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field. Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure. Research: Strong experience in user research methods and usability testing. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including remote and distributed teams. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality design work. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about design challenges.
