Job Description: • Define and evolve Mento’s brand identity across web, product, and social. • Lead the development of campaigns and go-to-market strategy for our brand campaigns. • Roll up your sleeves to create content yourself, from thought leadership and editorial to campaign messaging. • Oversee the external brand communications strategy, shaping public perception. • Partner closely with sales to build a brand that grows and expands our community. • You’ll develop an in-depth understanding of our users to inform our brand strategy. • You’ll lead a culture of experimentation to try new ideas that can help us scale further. • Track campaign performance to provide data-backed insights and report impact.
