As a Call Solutions Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service and mental health assistance through phone interactions, all while utilizing different tools for seamless communication. About this Role We are seeking a motivated and professional individual who excels on the phone and enjoys working independently. In this role, you will connect with referring providers in the mental health field to arrange Doctor-to-Doctor calls, helping providers collaborate and ultimately improve patient care. Why This Role Matters Your work directly helps patients struggling with mental health challenges by making it easier for providers to refer and support one another. What You’ll Do • Call mental health providers and practices to arrange referral conversations • Coordinate schedules for Doctor-to-Doctor introductions • Build positive relationships with provider offices • Work independently while staying aligned with team goals What We’re Looking For • Excellent phone presence and communication skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely • Organizational skills to track outreach and follow-ups • Prior experience in healthcare, mental health, or customer outreach a plus not a must-sales experience is also good. This is not a sale however that experience helps. Position Details • Flexible, part-time hours available up to 30 hours. • Hourly rate (commensurate with experience) • 100% remote – must have a reliable home office setup Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
