Hybrid/In-Person |Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Percentage-based compensation:W2 | Flexible Schedule Office is located in Whitinsville, MA 01588. About the Role:
 We are a group of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and psychotherapists expanding a successful private practice to join our team. We are seeking a second and third licensed therapist or psychologist to join the practice and provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to people already receiving medication management or new people to the practice. An immediate caseload is available for credentialed providers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to supplement their current work or grow into a full- time private practice role. What You’ll Do: • Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, or families • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans • Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.) • Collaborate with prescribers, medical providers, and other support professionals • Document sessions and clinical notes in accordance with insurance timelines (within 24 hours) • Maintain professional ethics, licensure, and continuing education Who You Are: • Licensed in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psy.D., or PhD • Experienced in outpatient mental health treatment (insurance-based care preferred) • Proficient in DSM-V diagnostic criteria and clinical documentation • Skilled in at least one evidence-based therapy modality For LCSW/LMHC Candidates: • LCSWs must have 3,500 post-master’s hours + 100 hours of supervision with a LICSW • LMHCs must meet Massachusetts supervision and client contact hour requirements Benefits: • Flexible schedule – set your own hours • Competitive pay (based on license and experience) • Immediate referrals – caseload available now • Office space available in our newly purchased building! • Clinical autonomy with support from a prescriber-led team • Full-time: PTO, Health/Dental Insurance, CE PTO days • Part time: PTO Successful candidates will be CORI screened.
