As part of our Financial Operations team, you’ll join a collaborative environment where your insights and analysis directly support MSK’s ability to achieve its goals and steward resources effectively. Role Overview Provide financial analysis, planning, and forecasting across multiple data sources Consolidate and interpret financial and revenue cycle data and performance trends Assist with budget preparation, financial planning processes, and compliance reviews Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making Participate in the ongoing development of financial analysis tools and dashboards Support performance management initiatives and key organizational projects Contribute to ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and leadership requests Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting Actively seek opportunities to expand technical skills to meet evolving job needs Key Qualifications 2–4 years of finance, accounting, or related experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with detail orientation Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with automation and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Cognos) Core Skills Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and accuracy Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently Action-oriented and eager to embrace new challenges and responsibilities Skilled collaborator and communicator with a team-first mindset Additional Information: Location: Hybrid, 3 x a month on site in New York, NY Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday with Friday Helpful Links: MSK Compensation Philosophy Review Our Greats Benefits Offerings Pay Range: $82,000.00 - $131,200.00 FSLA Status: Exempt Closing: At MSK, we believe in fair, competitive pay that reflects your job, experience, and skills.
