THE ROLE As our Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, Content & Analytics, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing performance marketing that drives customer acquisition, retention, and ecommerce growth. This role will manage day-to-day campaign performance across paid channels, oversee CRM execution, and provide actionable insights to inform paid and content strategy. Working closely with the Director of Performance Marketing, you will partner with the media agency and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results across digital media, content execution, and analytics. This is a hands-on role with people-management responsibility and high visibility across Marketing and Brand teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Execute paid media strategy across channels including search, social, programmatic, display, affiliate, influencer and emerging platforms by partnering with lead agency to deliver growth. Manage media plans, campaign calendars, budgets and pacing to ensure efficiency and maximize ROAS with a holistic omnichannel approach. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance to identify insights and optimizations. Content Optimization Lead content strategy for paid media. Support the development of creative briefs and collaborate with creative teams and agencies. Manage creative testing and reporting insights to inform future content strategies. Partner with Brand team to ensure messaging is mission-aligned and performance-optimized. Leadership & Collaboration Manage and mentor the Performance Marketing team. Foster a test-and-learn culture focused on continuous improvement and learning. Qualifications 5+ years in performance marketing, growth or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in team leadership roles. Proven track record managing paid digital campaigns (search, social, programmatic, RMNs). Strong analytical mindset; proficiency with reporting platforms and A/B testing. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, A/B testing, and MarTech platforms (Shopify, Klavyio). A passion for health, wellness, and mission-driven brands. Prior experience in the Vitamins, Supplements, Natural Products, or CPG wellness space is strongly preferred. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $127,000 - $217,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
