AI Systems Engineer (Founding Intern) Build a fully autonomous AI-powered sales engine from the ground up. 5-10 hrs/week | Remote Work | Direct access to founders The Mission Design and build a production-grade outbound system that: • Integrates ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, web data, Salesloft/Apollo • Automates enrichment, targeting, sequencing, and personalization • Classifies and routes inbound replies intelligently • Runs continuously with minimal daily oversight End Goal: a fully autonomous, packaged sales engine trained by operators and built to be deployed as a complete system. You will help architect it from the ground up. What You’ll Build • API-connected data pipelines across prospecting platforms • AI-driven personalization at scale • Automated campaign logic and sequencing systems • Reply detection and smart routing workflows • Modular infrastructure designed to be packaged and deployed The Goal: a self-sustaining sales engine that can run independently and be handed off as a complete system.
