As Account Supervisor, you’ll play a lead role in managing client accounts for some of the world’s most recognized healthcare brands. You’ll guide junior staff, act as the primary client contact, and deliver strategic counsel that drives results. Responsibilities: Client & Account Management • Serve as day-to-day client contact, ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution • Develop and execute media strategies and communications plans • Maintain deep knowledge of client products, industry landscape, and competitive environment • Oversee reporting systems and ensure high-quality service delivery Media Strategy & Execution • Lead media outreach efforts, including creative pitch development and targeting • Cultivate relationships with key media contacts • Strategize use of traditional and digital media tools for maximum visibility • Ensure campaign results are effectively showcased Team Leadership • Supervise junior staff, offering feedback, mentorship, and project oversight • Assign responsibilities thoughtfully and model strong work ethic • Address performance issues with clarity and collaboration Writing & Content Development • Produce polished, strategic written materials: press releases, pitches, backgrounders, etc. • Incorporate feedback and maintain high editorial standards Budget & Fiscal Oversight • Develop estimates and monitor budgets for accuracy and efficiency • Manage invoicing processes and support client financial planning New Business & Agency Growth • Identify potential leads and support proposal development • Conduct research to shape new business strategy and presentation content Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field • 4–5 years of relevant PR/communications experience, ideally with a healthcare focus • Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail • Experience managing projects, junior staff, and budgets • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of social/digital platforms Apply below or get in touch directly to learn more!
