Provide technical support, install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot Medtronic Hugo systems at customer sites while training healthcare professionals and maintaining customer relations.
High school diploma plus 4+ years relevant technician or clinical field service experience, preferably with a bachelor's in engineering or technology, and knowledge of robotics, medical terminology, and technical troubleshooting.
