Overview Medskin Laser & Rejuvenation Clinic is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible, punctual, efficient, and able to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced medical spa environment. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments • Manage and maintain the clinic’s booking and scheduling systems • Check clients in and out, process payments, and manage daily transactions • Provide accurate information regarding services, promotions, and policies • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area • Coordinate communication between clients and clinical staff • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation • Address client concerns or direct them to the appropriate staff member • Ensure a smooth and efficient front-office workflow Qualifications • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) • Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Ability to multitask and work efficiently • Familiarity with scheduling software such as FRESHA is preferred Technology & Software Skills The candidate preferably will have experience using technology and office software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, email platforms, and basic data-entry systems. The ideal applicant should also be comfortable learning new software, scheduling systems, and digital tools as needed. This position requires frequent interaction with clients, staff, and providers. The Receptionist must maintain professionalism at all times and ensure that every client receives a welcoming and seamless experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
