The individual in this position will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with orders, and communicating effectively in both English and another language to meet the needs of a diverse customer base. Qualifications • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction • Experience enhancing Customer Experience and managing customer relationships • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage customer interactions • Proficiency in both English and another language, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in customer service roles and a high school diploma or GED required; additional training is a plus
