Job Title: Technical Implementations Manager Location: Full Time, Remote Summary: Leading implementations of MyMedlogix, a sophisticated SaaS-based Medical Claims Management platform and suite of products, for new and existing clients and ensuring all stakeholder needs are met. As the primary liaison between clients, internal product development, implementations engineers, and service teams, you ensure the successful delivery, configuration, and adoption of our product solutions. As a key member of the Information Technology Team, you act as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team player, driving functional and data analysis of medical claims workflows and information. You interpret complex carrier requirements, translating them into actionable implementation plans and, when necessary, product enhancement requests. You will manage multiple concurrent implementations of varying size and complexity, capture scope and requirements, and drive process improvement to develop scalable documentation, templates, and repeatable processes that support high-quality client onboarding and product launches. Success in this role is measured by client satisfaction, timely delivery, and the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies. Responsibilities: * Create and maintain an implementation project portfolio with detailed plans, timelines, and dashboards; publish regular status, risk, and mitigation updates to internal and external stakeholders. * Manage multiple concurrent implementations for MyMedlogix products from initiation through go-live and post-launch support for new and existing customers, including proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes. * Facilitate client-facing meetings, including kickoffs, requirement workshops, and status updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment. * Define scope, requirements, deliverables, and timelines through collaboration with internal stakeholders (Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Compliance) and external client teams. * Lead configuration of platform features to meet client needs, including integration with third-party systems as required. * Plan and coordinate resources across product and implementation teams to ensure timely delivery, including collaboration and alignment with product release dependencies or enhancements required for implementation. * Serve as the primary point of contact for Medlogix Account Management and client teams during implementation, managing expectations and driving client satisfaction. * Develop, refine, and maintain repeatable processes, project plans, templates, and documentation, while continuously assessing and improving implementation methodologies using feedback, metrics, and industry best practices. * Demonstrate strong knowledge of the MyMedlogix product suite and a working understanding of the Medical Claims Management industry, providing guidance and training to internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate product configuration and effective gap analysis. * Drive change management and client adoption strategies, ensuring smooth transition and long-term success of implemented solutions. Competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the job) * Experienced successfully implementing sophisticated SaaS products and meeting Customer expectation. * Proven project management expertise, including resource allocation, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, SaaS product environment. * Exceptional communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex client needs into actionable implementation and product requirements. * Proficient in developing, maintaining, and improving implementation processes, documents, and project templates to support repeatable success. * Passion for ensuring client satisfaction, while consistently modeling company values and promoting a culture of expect exceptional. Education / Professional Certifications or Licenses Required: * BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in technical implementation, project management, or client onboarding for SaaS platforms. * Experience managing multiple, simultaneous client projects in a healthcare or medical claims environment strongly preferred. * Demonstrated success in developing and scaling implementation processes and documentation. * Familiarity with Agile-based software development processes. * Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. * Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (especially MS PowerPoint, MS Word) and project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
