Full Description

Job Summary Lead the day to day project functions to include training, troubleshooting, and being the first point of escalation. Identify and recommend new techniques to enhance projects, resulting in improved efficiencies. Job Description Responsibilities Address and resolve escalated issues that may delay project completion. Audit completed projects for accuracy and quality. Oversee data analysis and conversion of customer and Group Purchasing Organization data into usable information. Create and maintain team SOPs. Ensure department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current and followed. Ensure timely communication to direct reports and follow up on overall progress by offering coaching and additional training in areas for which objectives are not being met. Based on feedback, oversee and prioritize daily workloads to meet deadlines. Management responsibilities include: Responsible for the day-to-day activities and outcomes of a group of employees. Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of vendor or inventory experience OR High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 years of vendor or healthcare experience. At least 1 year of experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training, and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team. Experience assessing and initiating actions independently. Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience taking the steps to ensure the assignment/project is accomplished within tight timeframes. Experience with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel (formulas, data manipulation, V-lookups). The anticipated salary range for this position: $72,280.00 - $105,040.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
