Job Description: • Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro and Workday Time & Absence modules • Manage Time Clock devices, including firmware updates, biometric registration, and cutover planning • Support UKG application management day to day activities • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement new features and system upgrades • Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve time clock connectivity and data synchronization problems Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR Technology, or related field • 3 + years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems • Hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling) • Strong knowledge of UKG Time Clock management, including installation and troubleshooting • Experience with Workday Time & Absence configuration and support Benefits: • health insurance • life and disability • 401(k) contributions • paid time off • competitive total rewards package • continuing education & training
