Job Summary We have an opening for an experienced Clinical Solutions Specialist – West Coast. This role will be responsible for supporting the sales representatives with safe patient handling and fall prevention initiatives, including clinical conversations, education, and safe mobility assessments at hospitals and large health care systems, with the goal of growing sales in these product segments. Job Description Responsibilities: Support sales representatives on product conversions and implementations. Analyze customer protocols, processes, and safe mobility and fall prevention metric and identify improvement/ best practice recommendations Conduct customer presentations about Safe Mobility to various healthcare professionals including: CNO, Nursing Directors, C-Suite, Materials Managers, Quality / Risk Professionals, Education etc. Conduct utilization reviews for existing customers to ensure proper product usage Participate in key marketing, trade show, and conference activities as needed. Contribute to the development of new products along with the modification and improvements of existing products by providing customer (end user) insight for process enhancement and improvement opportunities. Minimum Job Requirements: Education RN/BSN, DPT, OT Work Experience At least 3 years of clinical experience Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). The anticipated salary range for this position: $93,600.00 - $135,720.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
