A Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience as an RN or phlebotomist. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, presentation experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Summary Provide Sales teams with technical and sales presentation support to help secure new business, successful customer integration and the utilization of established products. Support division sales plans through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support. Job Description Responsibilities: Research & Planning / Business Review Assist with the preparation and presentation of the business review to Medline teams. Gather data and information on customers and participate in developing presentations relative to keeping customers current on product enhancements. Analyze customer's system and product needs and incorporate this information as appropriate. Program Execution / Implementation Support efforts all phases from program creation, trial support and through implementation. Assist Medline sales reps with questions via email, phone calls or in person. Assist with physical product conversion and executing clinical trials. Education / Inservice Maintain the product training and resource materials (tools, resources, presentations, manuals). Monitor quality questions or customer complaints. Document, report and analyze product failures or customer complaints. Product Development Conduct market research on new product ideas in order to develop product line expansion. Measure Results / Utilization Review Track sales forecast targets. Record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Ability to analyze market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations and business forecasting. Demonstrated time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within, and external to, an organization. Proficient in MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint). Position generally requires travel 50% - 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Environment includes office setting and medical facilities Position may require non-traditional work hours during in-services (ex. weekends, multiple work shifts). Preferred Qualifications: Work Experience At least 2 years as RN (Registered Nurse) or at least 2 years of experience as a phlebotomist with phlebotomy certificate from an accredited program. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Product management, product development or product sales experience. Demonstrated ability working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Demonstrated ability assessing and initiating actions independently. Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within, and external to, an organization. The anticipated salary range for this position: $63,960.00 - $92,560.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
