The Associate Analyst Prime Vendor will generate and distribute reports to customers and sales organizations while managing feedback globally. They will also review customer metrics and engagement to ensure performance meets defined expectations.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma with at least 3 years of financial analysis experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in data analysis and reporting are also required.
Job Summary Under direct supervision, generate and distribute the standard report suite to the customer and sales organizations, managing feedback at a global level. Review customer metrics and engagement, ensuring performance and engagement meet defined expectations. MAJOR Job Description Responsibilities: Create, develop, and maintain relationships with sales teams and customers. - Develop basic reports and queries for sales representatives. Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of distribution KPIs. Provide reports to sales and the customer identifying contract price changes and price miss-alignments. Provide information to the customer and the sales team identifying information to review in order to ensure inventory is aligned with customer utilization. Update Medline systems based on feedback from the customer and sales representatives. Provide issue resolution in the following areas (not limited to): inventory surplus, backorders, outstanding invoices. Initiate and partner with the internal teams. Communicate resolution in a timely manner. Requirements: Education & Work Experience Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma and at least 3 years of financial analysis and support. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). Willingness to travel for business-related needs (i.e. training, accounts meetings, development, etc). Preferred Requirements: Previous analytics experience in the healthcare industry. Previous inventory or supply chain analytics experience. The anticipated salary range for this position: $50,960.00 - $71,240.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
