Job Summary Provide structure and organization through a project’s life cycle and consistently deliver all solutions specific to customer needs. Analyze data provided by customers in a variety of formats and convert that data into usable information. Work on a cross functional team supporting various internal teams while managing large scale projects and aggressive timelines. On a day-to-day basis, this position collaborates with functional group team members across Medline to support the execution of customer projects and manage day-to-day questions and concerns. Job Description Responsibilities: Oversee all 3PL inventory onsite, ensuring accurate tracking of inbound and outbound product movement. Monitor backorders and product recalls, identify substitute items, and secure clinical approval across departments (e.g., OR, Anesthesia, Respiratory). Coordinate product conversions and new item introductions, ensuring seamless integration into hospital operations. Recommend par levels and storage room designs to optimize inventory accessibility and space utilization. Analyze purchase order patterns and item connectivity to reduce unnecessary POs and maintain high fill rates (>97%). Manage large supply conversion projects, collecting necessary data, defining objectives, and maintaining timelines. Resolve misalignments by developing scalable, adaptable processes in collaboration with internal and external partners. Escalate project or client issues promptly and ensure resolution aligns with business and customer needs. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Analyze data from customers to generate actionable insights for Medline. Create and maintain Excel dashboards to track product usage, vendor performance, and cost impact across hospital sites. Utilize inventory systems (SAP, Insight, Workday, Concur) to ensure clean data and accurate reporting for supply chain decisions. Act as the primary liaison between clinical teams, supply chain, procurement, and vendor representatives. Communicate product issues to end users and collaborate on viable solutions and substitutions. Support product and vendor evaluations aligned with clinical outcomes, standardization, and cost reduction goals. Monitor vendor compliance, resolve contract discrepancies, and ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Coordinate validation, staff training, and governance for new product rollouts across multi-site hospital networks. Requirements Bachelor's Degree. At least 2 years of project management and/or healthcare supply chain/procurement experience. Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience assessing and initiating actions independently. Experience working through details of a problem, overcoming obstacles, and reaching a positive and successful solution. Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel (formulas, data manipulation, V-lookups). The anticipated salary range for this position: $62,400.00 - $90,480.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
