Job Summary Support the execution of marketing initiatives for the UNITE product/program portfolio. Assist in the development and coordination of marketing materials, packaging updates, and digital content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets. Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the production of divisional marketing materials by coordinating with product/marketing managers and the Marketing and Regulatory Departments. Support packaging requests by preparing forms and facilitating communication between relevant teams. Coordinate with Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams on packaging updates and revisions. Track and communicate project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with marketing schedules. Help maintain and update content on Medline.com in collaboration with Corporate Marketing. Contribute to the development of product launch materials including literature, presentations, and internal communications. Assist with layout reviews, imagery selection, and copy edits in partnership with Corporate Marketing. Maintain product information in internal systems such as SAP, PIM, DAM, and the Source. Create and maintain content for the mobile app Manage division social media pages (LinkedIn and Instagram), including creating and scheduling content Manage all communications for sales reps, CRM database, and internal (Acute Care, The Source) stakeholders for product news and announcements, including ownership of the monthly sales newsletter MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment. The anticipated salary range for this position: $59,280.00 - $85,800.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
