Hiring a Remote Charge Capture Specialist role! Schedule: M-F 8-5 PM PST / 10-7 PM CST Pay Range: Between $21-$25/hr depending on experience & qualifications Day to day: • Review, validate, and capture ER charges with a high level of accuracy • Process a high daily volume of claims (400+ per day) while meeting productivity and quality standards • Work both independently and collaboratively within a nationwide remote team • Communicate effectively with leadership and peers to resolve discrepancies or issues • Maintain strong ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating initiative and accountability • Follow department guidelines and processes while contributing to continuous improvement Must Have Qualifications: • Emergency Room (ER) & charge capture experience • EPIC experience is a plus! • Ability to learn quickly, be intuitive, and work independently Benefits: • In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment.
