Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in South East, MI. The Regional Business Development Manager will lead efforts to grow revenue by identifying and building strategic partnerships, developing new client relationships, and maintaining existing ones. Key responsibilities include implementing business development strategies, analyzing market opportunities, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with leadership teams to contribute to organizational growth. Qualifications • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing with expertise in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners • Strategic analysis and Planning skills, including the ability to research markets, track competitive trends, and develop actionable strategies • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for reporting and making informed decisions • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in both in-office and remote environments • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred • Experience in the healthcare or skilled nursing industry is a plus • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region
