Company: KeenStack Contract (Hourly Consulting) | Mid-Senior Level | Remote (U.S. Only) Overview KeenStack is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support enterprise ServiceNow implementations and ongoing platform optimization. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB. This is a remote, hourly consulting role supporting U.S.-based teams. Candidates must be located in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for ServiceNow solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB • Analyze and map current-state business processes and recommend optimized future-state workflows • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and process documentation • Partner with ServiceNow developers and architects to design solutions aligned with business objectives and ITIL best practices • Support ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and business rules • Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business expectations • Serve as a communication bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on platform usage and performance metrics • Support training and onboarding of end users for new or enhanced ServiceNow features • Assist with change management activities related to ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements Required Qualifications (Must Have) • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations and process automation • Strong expertise in: • IT Service Management (ITSM) • IT Operations Management (ITOM) • Customer Service Management (CSM) • Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Strong experience creating user stories, workflows, and detailed process documentation • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (required) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred / Nice to Have • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and data management • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM features, including Case Management, Customer Portals, Knowledge Management, and Omnichannel Engagement • Familiarity with advanced ServiceNow capabilities such as Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics • Experience with ServiceNow data migration or integration projects • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ServiceNow integrations • Healthcare industry ServiceNow experience (strong plus) • Background in large enterprise or consulting environments (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Booz Allen) Engagement & Employment Details • Company: KeenStack • Pay Rate: $60 per hour (W2) • Engagement Type: Hourly consulting (contract-to-hire) • Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, with potential for extension or conversion • Work Model: Remote (U.S. based) • Time Zone Requirement: Must reside in MST or PST • Travel: Occasional, optional client travel (fully reimbursed) • Visa Sponsorship: Not available • Relocation Assistance: Not provided Employment & Compliance Clause • This is not a direct hire role with KeenStack. • Reflik will serve as the Employer of Record (EOR) for the selected candidate.
