Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to join a hospital team in central Michigan remotely. This role offers a flexible schedule with no on-call duties, allowing you to provide expert radiology services from the comfort of your home while supporting the hospital’s diagnostic needs. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and analyze diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently. - You will collaborate with the hospital’s clinical team to provide timely and clear radiology reports. - You will manage a case volume averaging 75 RVUs per shift, ensuring quality and productivity. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and hospital standards. - You will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. - You will communicate effectively with referring physicians and healthcare staff. - You will adapt to flexible scheduling including day, night, and swing shifts. What You Bring: - You have a medical degree with board certification in Radiology. - You possess at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology. - You are proficient with PACS and other radiology information systems. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. - You are licensed to practice medicine in Michigan or eligible for licensure. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote radiology setting. - Subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Familiarity with hospital quality assurance programs. - Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS.
