Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to join a hospital team in central Michigan remotely. This role offers a flexible schedule with no call responsibilities, allowing you to provide expert radiology services from the comfort of your home while supporting patient diagnosis and treatment. What You'll Do: - You will interpret diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely radiology reports. - You will manage a case volume averaging 75 RVUs per shift. - You will maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards. - You will participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. - You will communicate findings clearly to referring physicians. - You will adapt to flexible scheduling including day, night, and swing shifts. What You Bring: - You have a Medical Degree with board certification in Radiology. - You have at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology. - You are proficient with PACS and radiology information systems. - You have excellent communication and collaboration skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with teleradiology platforms. - Subspecialty training or certification. - Familiarity with central Michigan healthcare systems. - Prior experience working in a no-call, flexible shift environment.
