Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to join a hospital team in central Michigan remotely. This role offers a flexible schedule with no on-call duties, allowing you to provide expert radiology services from the comfort of your home while supporting critical diagnostic needs. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and analyze diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently. - You will collaborate with hospital staff to ensure timely and precise reporting of radiology results. - You will manage a case volume averaging 75 RVUs per shift, maintaining high-quality standards. - You will participate in quality assurance and peer review processes to uphold clinical excellence. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and hospital policies related to radiology practice. - You will communicate findings clearly to referring physicians to support patient care decisions. - You will adapt to flexible scheduling, including day, night, and swing shifts as needed. What You Bring: - You have a medical degree with board certification in Radiology. - You possess at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology. - You have proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting with strong self-motivation. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clinical teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hospital or tele-radiology environment. - Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems. - Additional subspecialty training or certification. - Prior experience managing high case volumes remotely.
