Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to join a hospital team in central Michigan remotely. This role offers a flexible schedule with no call responsibilities, allowing you to provide expert radiology services from the comfort of your home while supporting the hospital’s diagnostic needs. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and analyze radiological images to assist in accurate diagnosis. - You will collaborate with the hospital’s medical team to provide timely and precise reports. - You will manage a case volume averaging 75 RVUs per shift, ensuring quality and efficiency. - You will work flexible shifts including day, night, and swing options to meet hospital needs. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and hospital standards for remote radiology practice. - You will utilize advanced imaging software and technology to deliver high-quality diagnostic services. - You will participate in continuous education and training to stay current with radiology advancements. What You Bring: - You have a medical degree with board certification in Radiology. - You have at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology. - You are proficient in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. - You have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting with excellent time management. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hospital or large healthcare system. - Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems. - Additional subspecialty certifications in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Prior experience in tele-radiology or remote diagnostic services.
