Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to join a hospital team in central Michigan remotely. This role offers a flexible schedule with no on-call duties, allowing you to provide expert radiology services from the comfort of your home while supporting critical diagnostic needs. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and analyze diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently. - You will collaborate with hospital staff to ensure timely and precise reporting of radiology results. - You will manage a case volume averaging 75 RVUs per shift, maintaining high-quality standards. - You will work flexible shifts including day, night, and swing options to meet hospital needs. - You will utilize advanced radiology software and tools to support remote diagnostics. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and hospital policies related to radiology practice. - You will participate in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - You have a medical degree with board certification in Radiology. - You possess at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology. - You are proficient with PACS and other radiology information systems. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate remotely with clinical teams. - You demonstrate strong attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote radiology setting. - Subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Familiarity with hospital workflows and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. - Flexibility to cover various shifts including nights and weekends.
