Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to join a hospital team in central Michigan remotely. This role offers a flexible schedule with no on-call duties, allowing you to provide expert radiology services from the comfort of your home while supporting the hospital’s diagnostic needs. What You'll Do: - You will interpret diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently. - You will collaborate with hospital staff to ensure timely and precise reporting. - You will manage a case volume averaging 75 RVUs per shift. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. - You will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. - You will communicate findings clearly to referring physicians. - You will adapt to flexible scheduling including day, night, and swing shifts. What You Bring: - You bring a valid medical license and board certification in Radiology. - You have at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology. - You possess strong knowledge of radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS). - You demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with teleradiology platforms and remote diagnostic tools. - Subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Familiarity with hospital workflows and electronic medical records (EMR). - Prior experience working with flexible shift schedules.
