Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to join a hospital team in central Michigan remotely. This role offers a flexible schedule with no on-call duties, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality radiology services. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and analyze diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently. - You will collaborate with the hospital’s clinical team to provide timely and precise radiology reports. - You will manage a case volume averaging 75 RVUs per shift. - You will work flexible shifts including day, night, and swing options to meet hospital needs. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. - You will participate in continuous education and professional development activities. - You will utilize remote technology to ensure seamless communication and reporting. What You Bring: - You have a medical degree with board certification in Radiology. - You have at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology. - You are proficient with PACS and other radiology information systems. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. - You are licensed to practice medicine in Michigan or eligible for licensure. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote radiology setting. - Subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Familiarity with advanced imaging modalities like MRI and CT. - Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
