What You'll Do: - You will provide expert pediatric urology care during 8-hour shifts, covering two weeks per month. - You will manage patient consultations and treatments in both clinic and operating room environments. - You will respond to overnight beeper call shifts, ensuring timely and effective patient care. - You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. - You will maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with hospital policies. - You will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. - You will communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to provide compassionate care. What You Bring: - You must have a medical degree and board certification in Pediatric Urology. - You should have at least 3 years of clinical experience in pediatric urology. - You must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Texas. - You should have strong surgical skills and experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. - You must be comfortable managing call responsibilities and working independently.
