This role involves providing expert urological care to pediatric patients in both clinical and surgical settings, supporting the hospital’s ongoing coverage needs. What You'll Do: - You will provide comprehensive pediatric urology care in clinic and operating room settings. - You will manage a patient census of approximately 15-20 cases, ensuring high-quality treatment and follow-up. - You will work 8-hour shifts, covering two weeks per month. - You will participate in overnight beeper call shifts, responding promptly to urgent patient needs. - You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. - You will maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and procedures. - You will adhere to hospital policies and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety. What You Bring: - You must have a valid medical license to practice in Texas. - You must be board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Urology. - You should have at least 3 years of clinical experience in pediatric urology. - You must be comfortable managing both outpatient and surgical cases. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration.
