Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a balanced schedule with no call requirements, allowing you to provide expert radiology interpretations during daytime hours. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on radiology cases remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring timely turnaround. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide diagnostic insights that support patient care. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines. - You will utilize advanced teleradiology technology to review imaging studies. - You will communicate effectively with referring physicians and staff as needed. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to uphold clinical standards. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license to practice radiology in Washington State or eligibility to obtain one. - You have at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You possess strong proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - You are detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems. - Subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
