Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a balanced schedule with no on-call duties, allowing you to provide expert radiology interpretations during daytime hours. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on radiology images remotely, ensuring accurate and timely diagnoses. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, maintaining high productivity standards. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care through clear and concise communication. - You will adhere to facility protocols and quality standards to maintain compliance and patient safety. - You will utilize teleradiology technology effectively to review and report cases. - You will participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with radiology best practices. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license to practice radiology in Washington State or eligibility to obtain one. - You possess at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You are proficient in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote healthcare teams. - You demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Familiarity with advanced teleradiology software and PACS systems. - Subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Prior experience working with healthcare facilities in the Spokane region.
