Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Teleradiologist to join our team remotely, supporting healthcare facilities in Spokane, Washington. This locum opportunity offers a daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality radiology interpretations in a flexible and supportive environment. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely radiology consultations. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific protocols. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour. - You will ensure clear and concise communication of findings to referring physicians. - You will participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. - You will utilize teleradiology technology to deliver remote services effectively. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license to practice radiology in Washington State or eligibility for licensure. - You have at least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You possess strong knowledge of radiology imaging modalities and interpretation. - You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. - You are proficient with teleradiology platforms and PACS systems. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Fellowship training or subspecialty expertise in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Familiarity with quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance. - Additional state licenses or certifications.
