Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Teleradiologist to join our team remotely, supporting healthcare facilities in Spokane, Washington. This locum opportunity offers a daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life routine while delivering expert radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies remotely, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide consultative support and clarify imaging findings. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific protocols. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, maintaining high productivity standards. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to uphold diagnostic excellence. - You will communicate effectively with referring physicians to support patient care decisions. - You will document findings clearly and comprehensively in the electronic medical record system. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license to practice radiology in Washington State or eligibility to obtain one. - You possess board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in teleradiology or diagnostic radiology practice. - You demonstrate proficiency with PACS and electronic health record (EHR) systems. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with high-volume teleradiology environments. - Subspecialty training or interest in areas such as neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, or body imaging. - Familiarity with quality assurance and peer review processes. - Prior experience working with multiple healthcare facilities remotely.
