Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a balanced schedule with no call requirements, allowing you to provide expert radiology interpretations during daytime hours. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies with accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate remotely with healthcare teams to ensure timely and effective patient care. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour. - You will utilize teleradiology technology to review and communicate findings. - You will participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. - You will document all findings clearly and concisely in the patient records. What You Bring: - You have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You are proficient with PACS and teleradiology platforms. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams. - You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Familiarity with Spokane-area healthcare systems and protocols. - Additional certifications such as ACLS or advanced imaging techniques.
