Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a consistent daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering accurate and timely radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on radiology images remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely communication of critical findings. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring productivity standards are met. - You will adhere to facility protocols and quality standards to maintain compliance. - You will participate in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives. - You will document findings clearly and comprehensively in the patient records. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license to practice radiology in Washington State or eligibility for licensure. - You have at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You possess strong proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with PACS and RIS systems. - Fellowship training in subspecialty radiology. - Prior locum tenens or telemedicine experience. - Additional state medical licenses.
