Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a balanced schedule with no call requirements, allowing you to provide expert radiology interpretations during daytime hours. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and effective patient care. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring productivity standards are met. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to uphold clinical standards. - You will communicate findings clearly and professionally to referring physicians. - You will adapt to evolving technologies and workflows in teleradiology. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license to practice radiology in Washington State or eligibility to obtain one. - You possess board certification or eligibility in Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You demonstrate strong proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or telemedicine environment. - Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems. - Additional subspecialty certifications or training. - Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams remotely.
