This remote role offers a consistent daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering accurate and timely radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely communication of critical findings. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring productivity standards are met. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific protocols. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to uphold clinical excellence. - You will utilize advanced teleradiology platforms and tools to support your workflow. - You will provide expert consultation as needed to support patient care decisions. What You Bring: - You have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You possess strong proficiency with PACS and teleradiology software. - You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams. - You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage a steady case volume efficiently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Subspecialty training or certification in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Familiarity with Spokane-area healthcare systems and protocols. - Additional certifications such as ACLS or advanced imaging modalities.
