This locum opportunity offers a balanced schedule with no on-call duties, allowing you to focus on delivering accurate and timely radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies with accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines. - You will communicate findings clearly and promptly to referring physicians. - You will participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. - You will utilize advanced teleradiology technology to support remote reading. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license and board certification in Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in teleradiology or diagnostic radiology. - You possess strong knowledge of radiology imaging modalities and interpretation. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. - You are proficient with teleradiology platforms and PACS systems. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Familiarity with Spokane-area healthcare facilities and protocols. - Additional subspecialty certifications in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Demonstrated commitment to continuing medical education and professional development.
