Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a consistent daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering accurate and timely radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely radiology consultations. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring quality patient care. - You will adhere to facility protocols and compliance standards in all reporting. - You will maintain clear and professional communication with referring physicians and staff. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to support continuous improvement. - You will document findings thoroughly and ensure timely delivery of reports. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license to practice radiology in Washington State or are eligible for licensure. - You possess at least 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You are proficient in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. - You have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with PACS and RIS systems. - Fellowship training or subspecialty expertise in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, or body imaging. - Prior experience working in locum tenens or teleradiology roles. - Familiarity with quality assurance and compliance in radiology practices.
