Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a stable daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering accurate and timely radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on radiology images remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring timely turnaround. - You will collaborate with facility teams to support patient care through clear and concise communication. - You will adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to teleradiology practice. - You will maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all cases reviewed. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to uphold clinical standards. - You will utilize advanced teleradiology technology and software to perform your duties effectively. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license to practice radiology in Washington State or eligibility to obtain one. - You possess board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You demonstrate strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with remote teams. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with PACS and RIS systems. - Familiarity with a variety of imaging modalities including CT, MRI, and X-ray. - Prior locum tenens or telemedicine experience. - Additional certifications or training in subspecialty radiology areas.
