This daytime locum position offers a stable schedule with no on-call duties, allowing you to focus on delivering accurate and timely radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies with accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide expert radiological insights. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific protocols. - You will utilize teleradiology technology to review and communicate findings remotely. - You will ensure timely turnaround of reports to support patient care decisions. - You will participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license and board certification in Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in teleradiology or diagnostic radiology. - You are proficient with PACS and teleradiology software platforms. - You possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams. - You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Familiarity with Spokane-area healthcare systems and protocols. - Additional subspecialty certifications in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal imaging. - Experience with advanced imaging modalities like MRI and CT.
