This remote role offers a consistent daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering accurate and timely radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on radiology images remotely, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour, ensuring timely turnaround. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide diagnostic insights that support patient care. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific protocols. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to uphold clinical standards. - You will communicate effectively with referring physicians and staff as needed. - You will document findings clearly and concisely in the electronic medical record system. What You Bring: - You have a medical degree with board certification or eligibility in Radiology. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You are proficient in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, and MRI. - You have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - You hold an active medical license valid in Washington State or are eligible to obtain one. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a teleradiology environment. - Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems. - Additional subspecialty training or certification. - Prior locum tenens or remote work experience.
