Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Teleradiologist to join our team remotely, supporting healthcare facilities in Spokane, Washington. This locum opportunity offers a daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life routine while delivering expert radiology interpretations. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely radiology consultations. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific protocols. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour. - You will ensure high-quality patient care through precise and clear communication. - You will utilize teleradiology technology to review and report cases remotely. - You will participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license and board certification in Radiology. - You have at least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably with teleradiology exposure. - You possess strong knowledge of radiology imaging modalities and reporting software. - You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. - You are comfortable working a daytime schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday through Saturday. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote teleradiology setting. - Familiarity with Spokane-area healthcare facilities and protocols. - Additional subspecialty certifications in areas such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Prior locum tenens or contract radiology experience.
