Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Daytime Teleradiology Locum Radiologist to join our team supporting facilities in Spokane, Washington. This remote role offers a balanced schedule with no on-call duties, allowing you to provide expert radiology interpretations during daytime hours. What You'll Do: - You will interpret and report on radiology images with accuracy and efficiency. - You will collaborate remotely with healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment. - You will manage a case volume averaging 8-10 RVUs per hour. - You will maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific protocols. - You will ensure timely turnaround of reports to facilitate prompt clinical decisions. - You will participate in quality assurance activities to uphold high standards of care. - You will communicate effectively with referring physicians and clinical staff as needed. What You Bring: - You have a valid medical license and board certification in Radiology. - You have at least 3 years of experience in teleradiology or diagnostic radiology. - You possess strong proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. - You are comfortable using teleradiology platforms and digital imaging software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a locum tenens or remote radiology role. - Familiarity with Spokane-area healthcare systems and protocols. - Additional subspecialty certifications such as neuroradiology or musculoskeletal radiology. - Demonstrated commitment to continuing medical education and professional development.
